Delivery options within the UK & EuropeWe ship all stock items for next day delivery via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. All shipments are insured. If you prefer to use your own courier, this can be arranged.UK Orders for stock Items received before 4pm GMT Monday to Friday, will be delivered next working day before 1pm. Orders received for non stock items will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days. We will always keep you informed of your back order status. EU orders for stock Items received before 1pm GMT Monday to Friday, will be delivered within 3 days using Royal Mail Airsure service. For the Fast next day European service, we must receive the order and payment before 1pm GMT. If not the order will automatically ship the next business day Orders received for non stock items will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer advanced replacement or a refund if the products are returned within 14 days of purchase. With All purchases, we offer a 14 day cooling off period whereby you can return unopened products you have purchased at your expense. Securely re package the item to ensure it is returned in a re-saleable condition. We also advise you arrange insurance against loss or damage in transit otherwise these could be your responsibility.
