Approved Technology Ltd is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective. In such cases we offer advanced replacement or a refund if the products are returned within 14 days of purchase.With All purchases, we offer a 14 day cooling off period whereby you can return unopened products you have purchased at your expense. Securely re package the item to ensure it is returned in a re-saleable condition. We also advise you arrange insurance against loss or damage in transit otherwise these could be your responsibility. All our products come with a limited lifetime warranty. To replace a faulty product, refer to our returns policy below.
Returns Policy
Approved Technology Ltd provides a flexible returns process. In all cases, you must request a RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorisation) form from us before you return any items. You can contact us by phone on + 44 (0) 1202 424 518 or email sales@approvedciscomemory.com, requesting a RMA number and the reason for return. Here are the key points to our returns policy.Please be aware that any discrepancies between your order and the goods received must be flagged within 2 days of receipt of goods.
If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it is very important to sign for the goods as damaged on arrival with the courier and then contact us immediately on + 44 (0) 1202 424 518 or sales@approvedciscomemory.com

Once the goods have been received, we try to process the return within 10 working days. Whether it is an order cancellation / return or a faulty product, we apply the same rules
The following reasons can invalidate RMA replacement products under warranty:
- The product is not faulty against the information given on the RMA form
- The item has been tampered with or is physically damaged
- With the 14 day cooling off terms, the packaging and seals must remain intact

Approved Technology Ltd accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron. You can also pay via your Paypal or Google checkout account. All credit/debit card transactions are completed over a secure server.Payment by cheque
If you wish to pay by cheque, please note the following:-- Approved Technology Ltd only accepts cheques in GBP £.
- A carriage charge of £5.00 plus VAT (£5.88) will need to be added to the total cost of your order.
- Please include with the cheque information the products you wish to order and also the address you would like the items shipped to.
